And finally the skills used.

You need to highlight the skills right at the start of each position because otherwise it just gets lost in all the other words

I've not used my CV for years, but I always kept it to no more than 4 pages. Nowadays, I generally trade on cards in my local phone box.

Er no Ted. Past 18 months is verbose ish then it goes one liners for a couple of years then just names and dates after that.

Also if you trim off the really old stuff, it makes you look younger and hence more chance to get an interview
