Nobody cares if they are watched or not, the marketing bods are happy to have spend their fat budget, google is happy, users are happy for to skip them

I just reload the page if I get one of those. You usually get a skippable one the second or third time.

I think Youtube customises it's ads based on your browsing preferences. You should browse loads of porn in non-incognito mode if you want ads on Naked women.

For some reason I keep getting ads for either Bitdefender or geek dating sites.
