How much of the time was your heart hammering, moderate, and how much were you sticking your legs out shouting "WHEEEEEEEEEE" going down hills?

If you're into apps and data have you got it set up to map your route so you can annoy everyone on FaceBook?
It was non stop. The head wind meant my heart was mostly hammering. It was a tough old ride.

Are you any cycling forums? 2500 sounds very high but then 3hrs exercise is a lot of work.

There's not much point in that - Most of the time it'll just say it's next to the bike seat.

Those heart rates sound well high.

When I'm exercising myself it's ~130 for fat burning and ~150 for cardio.
