a lot to be said for being comfortable with someone even if they are a bit boring (I had a girlfriend like that, strangely the sex was great it was everything else that was disappointing), its just when they don't fulfill all your needs you look at greener grass and get sad.

Mrs V ticks most of the boxes and puts up with me which is a big plus.

Yeah, this, though not Mrs V, obviously.

At our end of year appraisal (not really) I could bring up points 5,6,7 as areas for her to work on but given there are eight unticked boxes in my column I might just be better keeping my trap shut.
