If someone can afford a house over £350,000 then they can afford another couple of grand in stamp duty to help first time buyers.

Are those special poor person sites? Rightmove lists 1000+ properties for sale over £325k within 40 miles of Glasgow alone. Including 168 bungalows.

As they well know Glasgow boundaries are ridiculously small as everyone in the shires does not want to be governed by the soviet city council.

I am 6 minutes away from the city centre by train and live close to the line.

If you search for East Renfrewshire (9 minutes away from the city centre ) you get a better picture of what houses are worth.
