              The funny thing is I never suggested IS should not be attacked. What I have said is just the blatant truth regarding the region namely the western policy towards Saudi and Qatar who hand out the same books that IS do.

              It's a shame that we continue to live well while the wealth of the region is plundered.

                No it didn't - I suggest you read "Command and Control" by Eric Schlosser for background and an insight into war fighting with Nuclear Weapons and the WW2 conventional bombing campaigns.

                      The use of those weapons did not constitute a step change to nuclear war, the weapons were treated as very powerful weapons in their own right. Nuclear war as a concept didn't exist at the time, the bombs were just another secret weapon in the US arsenal.
