    Secondly ... I never said I did. Others have politely said I speak good German (for an English dude) and I have a non regional accent.

          Thats not even a boozer! And its a fair bit out, get yourself into the Altstadt in Bonn (the other side of Oxfordstraße) which is much better for boozers (Stachel, Musikbar and Nyx among the many others are recommended.)
