God, I hope he finishes soon. Mrs BP has been keeping the local rugby teams (home & away) and the pie eating club busy for hours. Knackered now.

Update from later last night:

Brillo still plugging away at it. Slower than expected cycle, due to hefty Welsh hills and a slower than expected run, due to Welsh darkness and a faulty headlamp. Due to assault the mountain at 10pm (Welsh time).

Presume he's done by now - hopefully he'll be along in a bit to tell us whether he's still alive.

Brillo finally conquered the mighty Brutal after a 19 hour battle in Snowdonia. He is now having a bit of a kip.

The route goes up the railway track from Llanberis to the summit. They are required to use headtorches.

Not to take away from the madness of attempting it and the acheivement of completing it.

Well done BP. Personally, I think the route should have been Miner's track then Crib Goch
