This is warming up, I really hope that the majority of average Scottish people have the necessary true information to enable them to make an educated decision rather then some purely emotional we want to be Scottish vote.
There is an awful lot to consider. Interesting interviews the other day about sports stars moving, to live and train in the UK cos Scotland doesn't have all the necessary training infrastructure. Not something I had even considered.
I am sure there are plenty of things like this, but ones that will have a greater -ve effect on the Scottish people, economy, government etc...
Personally I, as an English man, think the UK is better together, but also see why the Scottish want their independence, just think there are loads of unknowns, and its not an easily reversible decision.
Good luck on Thursday, hope you make the right choice.Comment

The stuff of madness.
You have to get into your thick skull that this isn't Scotland v England. Westminster governments have hidden stuff from us before just in case it led to independence. How black gold was hijacked: North sea oil and the betrayal of Scotland - This Britain - UK - The Independent
Other senior government minsters from back then have now admitted they kept stuff hidden. This doesn't absolve Scots who were in senior government and shadow cabinets as they were trying to protect their own jobs just like the Unionist MPs today.Comment

Scotland makes more from the city of London that the UK makes from north sea oil.
We don't have that much oil, never really have made that much from it apart from a couple of years where the oil price spiked. It has never been that important to the UK, not as important as London is to the UK.Comment
