As you can tell from the poor quality articles you linked to there its hard to find actual evidence online.
My comment was based on recollection of a few academic social policy reviews I read years ago...
One problem will be that many large families are simply the result of feckless lower intelligence parents not able to follow basic prevention techniques playing the system...
True, but since they're generally one off's or infrequent and the posters contribute more than just an endless stream of attention seeking drivel then those are credible and sometimes interesting or amusing. Yours, if there's a grain of truth to any of it is lost in the excessive noise of attention seeking crap.
