It was a dodgy plot but mildly watchable.

Also, I thought they were going to omit the beheading scene but they didn't.

Well I quite enjoyed that.

Yep. The "light" episode before the "make the kids piss themselves with fear" episode. Definite Dr Who feel to it.

I think Capaldi is probably going to turn out to be ok, but there is something that's not quite working. Writing or direction, I'm not sure.

Excellent episode. Super scary, even I checked under the bed, and a lovely close out for a young doctor.

I've banned the kids from watching this one. If Blink and Are you my mummy gave them nightmares, a story about how there is always someone under the bed, or that clanging of the pipes or creaks in the house means there is somebody there is not a very good idea to let a 5 and 8 year old watch it.

Scary but a great ending.

I can see what the ending was trying to achieve, but the message of fear being your constant companion being presented as a good thing was a bit weird.

I admit that I watched this still being exhausted after driving back from the Czech Republic after a medieval show.

Well that one was ok.

Not quite on a par with last week's, but not a bad effort.

Not a bad episode. Couple of characters for later.

Also watched the 50th Again earlier. The 'Who knows. Who Knows?' bit at the end still makes me choke.
