Just googled the Q20 Blackberry Classic - that does look just the jobbie and will probably be on the shopping list next year, in the meantime I've just been out and bought a stopgap - an old style Blackberry (9320) which was only a ton and should be pretty bullet-proof if not very "shiny" - and changed my vodafone tariff to 5Gb of 4G, unlimited text and talk time for fifteen squid a month including vat*, which I think is a pretty good deal, especially as there is no limit to how much data can be supplied to a tethered device; I've always got my little transformer pad on me, so can tether that to the BB for internet etc

Not everyone's solution I concur, but suits me (c:

<edit>*also including netflix, spotify or sky sport</edit>

erm, isnt the 9320 3G only?

Might well be, but the contract is
4g so will be able to take advantage when the Q20 ships and keep the 9320 as a party phone - it's nice little unit but you wouldn't mourn if you lost it

        Are you sure?
Voda confirmed this verbally, twice, will have to check the small print but the signs are good!

I might get shouted down on this but why not try a Nokia Lumia 930, that's my next phone in a few weeks time. I have the 920 and its a very nice phone and since the 8.1 update it's got even better.
