Cat won't drink
Cat rose hasn't drunk any milk or water for over a month. Should I go to the Vet?

Narp...catrose is probably supping from the well of the toilet! This is what mine do.
If its still alive after a month, it is getting its water from somewhere.I was an IPSE Consultative Council Member, until the BoD abolished it. I am not an IPSE Member, since they have no longer have any relevance to me, as an IT Contractor. Also you shouldn't be giving it milk as cats lose tolerance to lactose once they have matured.
You might also try putting their water away from their food as cats do not like having water next to the food bowl.Comment
