I think it was the most recent issue of the Eye that told how one of the few journalists left at the Telegraph had used their journalistic skills to do online research that uncovered that somebody claiming to be a "digital media specialist" in order to get a high-profile job was, in fact, nothing of the kind, and didn't even have the degree they claimed to have from a top American university.
The lying "digital media specialist" was the new top bod at the Telegraph.
The journalist, rather than being rewarded for demonstrating their ability to bring their skills to bear on digital media issues, was sacked.Comment
