You forgot the issue of how are the politicians going to keep youth unemployment figures down?

I mean if they aren't a university then they will be unemployed and politicians now plan to take benefits away from such people meaning they would lose the votes of their parents and grandparents.

How many young people are universities? Not many I'd wager.
