I can confirm, after an independant IR35 review it was decided I was not inside.

Here is a hint Suity.. If you are dealing with anyone from the HR department you are under control....
I got an email from clientco's HR idiots asking me to fill in some web form before a yearly review, to 'assess how employees can be helped to perform even better bla bla...'. Some contractors filled it in; it found its way to my 'Deleted Items' very quickly.

To all HR numpties; I have one yearly review and it's about one performance indicator; how much money is in my bank account.

I think eek has a problem with understanding control. It's a bit like when you tell the wife to so something and she tells you to FO.

Well - you told my wife to do something and she told you where to go : she is fully compliant with all the other CUK customers you know.

You were asked to attend an exit interview with HR and actually attended it. HR gave you a direction (please attend this Exit interview) and you followed the direction by attending it.

If that isn't direction and control nothing is......

Back at the hotel now. Having moved me from room 50(furnace) to room 52( cooler) they have decided to move me to room 21.

Allegedly cooler still. I was told my bags have been moved. They might have been, but not to room 21 that's for sure.
