Sole trader - Bounce back loan liability?

Any help would be great...

Wanting to apply for a bounce back loan but concerned about the personal liability and losing a house if all went wrong.

As a sole trader can a bounce back loan be applied for but under a new ltd company?

Was the new limited company created after 31st March 2020? If so it doesn't qualify.
