Anyone here worked through Monarch IT (Monarch Recruitment)?

Any feedback on experiences good or bad would be welcomed. Am on the verge of an offer through them.

They placed me for a perm role once. One of the best jobs I ever had (not that that's really a reflection on them!). Didn't negotiate very hard on my behalf as far as I could tell.

Contracted with them at my previous gig, I was paid on time every time so can't be much better than that! They have a pretty good online billing system for time sheets and self invoicing. Contract passed review as well.

Contracted through them a number of times over the last 14 years, most recently last year. Always been fine.

The last few gigs I've had through them have also been down to them contacting me about a likely gig before they advertise it.

They pay monthly, and on time. If you ask, they'll usually agree to pay weekly for the first month, though they don't seem so keen on doing that nowadays. But last time I worked through them, they forgot to stop it, so I got paid weekly for all four or five months of that gig
