    That's exactly how I got my start in IT in '86. And with Logica.

      They don't need to do them.

      If they want graduates they have teams that target universities - in fact many universities now contact companies and invite them to advertise.

      If they want experienced people they do the silicon roundabout or badly use the internet. I only know a few companies who successfully use the internet.
