Contract - Code of Conduct Query

I have recently received a new contract, also included is their code of Conduct Policy, which I have to sign. Is this okay for a Limited Company to be asked to do this?

I'd sign as 'Cojak - on behalf of Cojak Ltd'.

    Nothing out of the ordinary.

I'd have the company secretary sign the code of conduct on behalf of the company, to distance the consultant even further away.
