CV - End client or Consultancy

Say you land a contract working for a consultancy on a project for an end client.

Do you mention the well known end client on your CV or the not so well known small consultancy company?

    Cheers.

Depends. If it's a single client i'll put X co via Y consulting in the heading for that role. If it's proper consultancy for multiple clients i'll put the consultancy in the title and namedrop the clients in the summary.
While you're waiting, read the free novel we sent you. It's a Spanish story about a guy named 'Manual.'

For a permie CV you should be more inclined to put who you actually worked for. A contractor CV is to showcase you skills so it's you who delivered it to. The consultancy is irrelevant, unless of course it also adds a bit of shine to your CV
