    Role play interview

This is me tomorrow....must try not to laugh

To give you an idea of format, the interview process will consist of three stages:

30 – 40 minutes to read a case study and prepare presentation
40 – 60 minutes role play in which Anthony and Andrew will play the part of a prospective Capgemini customer
30 minutes post role play discussion

Ridiculous! I didn't ask the builder who's doing my extension to show me him building a section of wall.

If they are that hopeless at deciding this, then ask them to toss a coin (hopefully you'll lose).

              Actual:

To give you an idea of format, the interview process will consist of three stages:

1-2 minutes to read a case study
90 minutes Anthony and Andrew searching to see where you have disappeared to
5 minutes Explaining to the agent that they can f**k off

These people have been trained to role play ask daft questions.

Turn up and say you assumed they were joking, and ask what clients make THEM do similer when they are taking them on as suppliers. When they say none ask to see the purchasing Manager.

Between this and the FTC the agent is trying to fob off on you I would be calling the agent to say sorry.....

You don't think consultancy companies do presentations to their clients or discuss requirements with them?

Going against general opinion here, but I don't see much wrong with this type of interview for that type of job.

It's not the type of job I'd go for right enough.
