Why? If you're doing research about becoming a freelance, you can start by trying the search function and look for First Timer guides and you should find two key references very quickly.

If you want to go into the legalities, or are working a thesis, we mostly run proper limited companies, so as you might expect, you need to read the current versions of the Companies Act, the Finance Act, the Factories Act, most of the HMRC website and probably the summary version of Tolley's Tax Law.

If you want to know about the fashion-conscious ones - IR35, S660a S134c and the rest - that's all out in the public domain in mind-numbing detail already. Google is your friend

So - what was the question again? As we say many times, "Tell me everything" is never going to get an answer...
