Simply because it sounds similar to there and they're the word their isn't interchangeable with them it's a totally different meaning.
Agents are simple and single minded folks, they're looking to fill the role they have and really don't care that much if it's not your thing, many of them would rather call you (it makes them look busy in their office) than spend any time reading your CV.Comment

Here's another one who take's NO account of the time it was
posted, namely 4am in the morning. Have a heart Mate !!!
As most contractors know, this is about the time you come
home Brahms and Liszt, after a spot of Networking at the
