So I politely declined to fill in the reference form at this stage but committed to do so if selected for the role.
I also provided the letters from the agencies I have used for the last 5 years that confirm my CV roles.
Lastly I reminded him to have a chat with colleague who placed me for my last role.
Radio silence.....won't return calls or emails....it seems I am no longer a suitable candidate
