It's all irrelevent anyway, the only way in is via H1B (i.e. Work Permit) and that's gonna tie the OP to the visa issuer (so not contracting) and from what my US friends tell me their limited form of contracting is more akin to FTC...Originally posted by northernladuk View PostChrist, I can only imagine how many posts you would start while trying to get that sorted.
