Thought this might cause a bit of teeth nashing on here.

AIUI, things are still under discussion so this is perhaps a little premature.The ideal situation of us being out of scope simply won't happen, sadly.

However the good news is that the idea is that the opt out is a lot more binary, meaning it can't be abused. It also means that BIS have listened to our side and reacted positively. On the face of it, we should ultimately be much better off.
