No wonder most managers are filling in with bobs to make things look good expense wise, while turning a blind eye at quality. Similar story at Nationwide in Swindon. Back in 2009, they had contractors everywhere. Only Infosys and IBM had a bit of foothold. Suddenly in 2010, we had an influx of Wipro, TCS and Accenture. Accenture took over complete QA responsibility of all projects, and a lot of contractors were let go. Last year Accenture was fired, and the whole of QA was handed over to another bob co (Wipro or TCS, can't remember), because Accenture "was not good enough"End of the day, its all about who puts the lowest bid. Makes me wanna
