Very polite rec cons for a change, however I'm not sure about paying on time etc as I've never taken a contract through them"Experience hath shewn, that even under the best forms of government those entrusted with power have, in time, and by slow operations, perverted it into tyranny. "

I'd do a bit more digging
If I were you
take a look at this post
Do you want to be tarred with the same brush?"I can put any old tat in my sig, put quotes around it and attribute to someone of whom I've heard, to make it sound true."

As a contractor you wont be dealing with the with arm which sends out 'trained specialists'. I have contracted through FDM twice. They pay on time and they were one of the first to really sort out their contracts re. IR35. My experience is wholely good. I would bet that that guy on the main forum wanted a job doing on the cheap and went down the psueodo in-house/outsourcing model instead of hiring real contractors.Comment

Well I can't complain too much so far. They sent my CV to the client. Got me an interview. Now takes a very long time to return my phone calls so probably means I haven't got the gig.Comment
