Changing Recruitment Agencies

Hi All,

I want to change my recruitment agency because my current agent cannot sponsor my visa. But there is another agent which works with same client but for technical staff and they can sponsor for work visas as well.

Will the client or my current agent like to facilitate this change for me ? If I have not got this change both parties (client and agency) will lose me and my whole career life will become to an end.

Really appreciate your comments to initiate this and build my career life.

Really depends on what type of Visa you have, when it is due to lapse, how it currently sponsored etc.

Post a few more details and I am sure someone can help.

Agencies cannot apply for work permits, what they are doing is illegal, please read the immigration rules.

It depends on your current visa status - and i dont think agencies can sponsor you. But thinking again - you are working for them and not the client so i think they may be able to sponsor you .

Painful as this may be, there are plenty more people out there, so I doubt the agency or the client will be too bothered about losing you.

And if this doesn't work out, its not the end of your career. You just start again like everyone else has to from time to time.
