It's decent, better than Cater Allen, however I have had trouble with Direct debits, not sure if its the banks fault though.Originally posted by The Spartan View PostOther than it being down, is it actually any good?Comment

Its regularly down. Tells you to check your browser.
They used to be good but the split and non-sale of accounts seems to have caused problems, alongside the Bobs and the use of half market rate contractors.
I also doubt the overall quality of their IT as they locked my account due to a suspected virus on my machine. The reality was that their software thought the BlueCoat software on my client site was a virus. They stuck to their story but paid me £500 compensation anyway.Comment

Had an acc with them for number of years now and fairly happy with their service, but not used another biz account so nothing to compare against.
I used to log in on a /santander URL but that was taken off when Santander bailed on the buy out.
qhHe had a negative bluety on a quackhandle and was quadraspazzed on a lifeglug.
I look forward to your all knowing and likely sarcastic and unhelpful reply.

I was with Lloyds but moved to NatWest (seems all of RBS Group's business accounts are lumped together so doesn't matter which bank you are with its all the same) and I think its perfectly fine, no problem with the website and the mobile app is fantastic. Only minor issues is that sometimes they are too keen when it comes to scheduled payments coming out at weekends, sometimes they report that the money had been deducted early on the Friday, but with a payment day of MondayOriginally posted by Stevie Wonder BoyI can't see any way to do it can you please advise?
I want my account deleted and all of my information removed, I want to invoke my right to be forgotten.Comment

I noticed that this weekend, with my NatWest BA.....Saturday pm, set payment up for rent to Mon-Fri accommodation, and although app (Android) advised payment date of 15th, my 'landlady' advised me that she had already received the money. Didn't actually matter, but....latest-and-greatest solution (TM) kevpuk 2013Comment
