Me personally, I'm not available out of work hours but should the need arise it wouldn't be for free some people may disagree and might work a little extra for free in the hopes of an extension but that just isn't me.In Scooter we trustComment

Depends on what point in the project it is but it shouldn't be the norm.
Normally my view is that just because you are, for example, in the US doesn't mean I am available outside UK hours +/- 1 to suit your times.
That said, if it's a critical point in the project and it's something only I can answer, I'm not that bothered as it's easier than walking into a warzone the next day.Comment
