    Nice one

    I just neg'd some support from an e-commerce company that runs concurrently permanently so I think that makes me "well outside" (on call support).

      It might be a good line for your defence. Unfortunately according to the letter of the law concurrency is irrelevant You could have n concurrent contracts, each individually caught. The "whole picture" argument disappeared between the bills committeeand passage.
