Working for German client in UK

    Hi all,

I have an opportunity to be the UK rep for a German company. I will still be contract being paid commission on sales and T&M on project work. It will involve some time in Germany (10-15 days a year) but the majority of the work in the UK.

Are there any tax implications I should be aware of? My intention was to run things as if the client was UK based.

    TIA
