Anyone here used crunch accounting?

I've been using them more than 2 years now. Great service compare to others I used. As pointed out; they continuously improve their web site which is more than enough for me.

In my experience the people you deal with day to day aren't accountants by any stretch of the imagination. I've only spoke to school leavers who didn't seem interested in collecting accurate information and couldn't add up.

You're right that they're not accountants - your day-to-day contact is with an account manager, but you can speak to an accountant if you so wish, just ask!

I'm sorry you don't seem too keen on our service, we have one of the best training programmes around for new staff though, and I assure you we can all add up! If you DM me your email address or company name I can take a look at what's happened and get our senior account manager to get in touch.

I've been using them for nearly a year and I think they're great
