    US-citizen contracting with UK organization?

I am a US-citizen being engaged to do project-based work for a UK organisation. The work will be performed from the US where I live/work. Can someone advise on the type of contractual agreement that is best with the UK organization?

I want to avoid visa or work permit issues if they are required for a UK organisation to engage a US contractor.

I do have a US-corporation set-up that I am the sole proprietor of...so if it is complicated to contract between a UK-organisation and a US-individual, I do have the option of structuring a contract between their UK organisation and my US organisation instead.

We are meeting on Monday so this query is a bit time-sensitive. All advice is appreciated. Many thanks.

If they'll let you invoice as yourself, do that. Otherwise you the corp. I'm not aware of any issues; to the best of my knowledge it should be fine. But I'm not an international tax account. (No Work Permit issues either).
Down with racism. Long live miscegenation!
