Employer Contracts

Hi

I a new to contracting and would like to know are there two contract to sign one when you join an agency and another when you take on a contract with a company. Are there items within a contract I should look out for, does anyone have one to show me so I have an Idea.

Contract wise its a good idea to check the value of your rate, ie how much money you will be paid for the contract, this is normally paid on an hourly basis or a daily basis.

Also, if not stated on the contract, ask the agent how much the client is paying them for your services, its a good idea to know this value for accountancy purposes.
