    I wouldn't want to give equity, that lasts forever - unless you carefully set it up so you can dilute their holding (like in the Facebook film). Commission gives them a great incentive to perform.
    Shares IF they meet targets isn't too bad as a middle ground.

    And go ask on UKBF.

      yeah I've pretty much decided that it needs to be commission based. That way if they sell well they get cash and both of us will want to continue and if they don't we can stop without any further hassle.
