    GCS recruitment specialist limited

Hi all, I'm about to have an interview for my first contract role. My plan was to go the Ltd route but having just read the terms sent by GCS has left me a little cinfused. They say they are responsible for paying me so does htis mean i will be thier employee?

Has anyone dealt with them before?

Maybe you should consider the umbrella route if you're finding things a little confusing. Quite a few contractors do this to start with.
