10k+ is plenty for me. I reckon i can live on a grand a month if pressed which is pretty awesome for EC1.

Used to be more when i was in my last flat.

When I tripped over you on my way in to the office this morning, I was thinking: Wow, that cardboard box must get pretty soggy when it rains...

Is that including all assets you own, after tax?

You shouldn't have teed yourself up for a mum-based joke then.

I'm sorry to hear that too... I worry about my parents now, they're getting to "that age" where they are forgetting things etc. To think how quickly time flies by - they might have another 10 years or so left in them but it'll go by too fast.

I didn't. You were the only person on the thread to say any such thing.

I hope your mother is well.
