Anyone dealt with this agency, they are currently messing me around on rates just wondered if anyone had any previous experience of them.

If they're trying to knock you down from the rate that was agreed pre-interview, dump them. Actually, dump them anyway - no good will come of working for this agent.
Don't bother asking anyone else, squeezing rates is a benchmark for bad practice, the client aren't asking for it, the agent is just trying to increase his margin.
