Hmmm...an old thread of mine resurrected. As it happens the role I took with B&C turned out to be the worst role I ever took on. Should have realised on day one, when sat at my predecessor's desk and asked what happened to him.....no one replied.

They did pay me on time though (when I managed to get a timesheet signed by the "Project Executive Delivery Manager" aka twat)

My first gig was with B+C.

I was offered the contract at 200 per day to which I agreed, only to be called a day or so later by the pimp to say the client has reconsidered and is only offering 175 per day. He then went on to say - all is not lost , I've pushed hard and got the client to increase their daily rate offer to 186 per day. Being my first contract, I was nervous and reluctantly agreed.

As time has progressed, I've discovered the minimum rate B+C offer for a gig at said client is....you guessed it... 186 per day.
so..pimp robbed me of 14 per day by slieght of hand.

      Weasel-faced little f***er.

Here is the key line. So the client is offering 175 which is going to you... The agent is doing it for free then? Should have told him to shove it at that point and mentioned it to the client.
