OK, maybe I'm tempting fate writing this on here, because I don't have a contract in front of me. However the first interview went well I think that the second is just a meet and greet with some head honcho. It's that's the case it'll be boom time out of indentured permiedom.
Can anybody recommend a way for leaving which leaves the door open to come back in the future in a contract role? I could leave pointing out what an inept manager I had making the possibility of a glittering career there remote but the idea of going back is more interesting (interesting in the way that money is interesting).
Business owners were happy with my work, line manager not so. Business owners don't make hiring decisions unfortunately (line manager does).
