How does an IT contractor get around having >1 person in their ltd company?

    My advice would be to ring SJD Accouting up on your lunch and get them to do the whole lot for you or use PCG and take one of the accountancy + setup + insurance + membership packages (PCG is the route I would recommend).

    I used SJD for company formation about 5 years ago and then used a different accountant.

    It cost approx £110+VAT and was done within a day or so.

    The amount of time you have spent looking around and posting you could have had it done and dusted by now.

      I agree, plus with SJD you don't even need to phone them, you can do it all online and via emails.
