If you don't know what you are doing then I would do as Fred Bloggs suggested and get an accountant to set it up as part of the joining package. On second thought, I'm going to use this company: Company Registration - Company Formation Agent - Limited Company Registration - Setting up - Incorporation
All I want to do is register a new company which I'll use as my contracting company. Does anyone recommend any 'How to' guides for when it comes to doing the Articles / Memorandum sections?Comment
