I'm a good old fashioned Analyst Programmer (Mixture of BA and Dev) , who drifted heavily into BA and the PM'ing.
HATED IT!!!
Went back to the "dev-side".
PM role really p!55ed me off becuase its like being a school teacher ensuring that the naughty school children are doing what they have been told.
"Ok so it going to take 2 days, thanks"
2 days later.
"So how's it going?, You haven't even started!, So why TF didn't you tell me."
Some people really need to hone their time management skills.
