If you're just starting out though, i'd recommend getting a "proper" accountant such as NW

I've been particularly impressed by InTouch the last couple of weeks, and since posting in this thread - real personal service like you'd expect from a personal accountant. At £75/mo that's pretty great. PM me if you want more info.

I hate 0845 numbers. Why can't you give a normal geographic number on your website, if you have to have the 0845 thing then put it beside a geographic number and give your customers (or potential customers) the choice.
