Anyone worked with or for iCore? Got a possible contract lead but never heard of them before and wondered if anyone had any experience good or bad that they would like to share

Got a bunch of them in here doing a pile of Service Management stuff. Big company so this is a complex problem to solve, but they're doing a reasonable job. Certainly the Change Management bit works fairly well (when the local IT Managers keep their hands off the CAB anyway!)

They're in my space, so I took a look a while back. AFAIK they are a small core company with links to several individuals working as associates under their banner. Seem to be successful, so they're doing something right! Certainly didn't get any red flags from my side.
