I've just done my first week at Radders (what a place by the way!) and am in the same boat. 6 months, no notice but can be potted whenever.

I'm so jealous !! I did a gig back there in 1999 / 2000 for about 12 months. Best gig I ever did. Single lad.... full of totty.... you can guess the rest...

To be honest, isn't a no-notice contract a good indicator for IR35? No permie would get those terms. My contract is also no-notice on my side, there's an exemption clause that removes the 4 week/1 month notice period.Comment
