Before my next renewal the client wants to change my contract (New management etc)
They want to put a clause in dictating that I need to work 37.5 hours - even though I already do!?
They also want to change my notice period to 1 month... there isn't one on either side at the moment.
Are these OK in relation to IR35? Is there anything I shouldnt add, and are there any clauses extra I should add in relation to the above? i.e. anything after 37.5 to be paid overtime?? etc
